Trusted AI Committee Group Calendar Overview
Effective October 14, 2019:
- The Trusted AI Committee will have the Committee Chairs and/or Working Group Leads send out a meeting invite to the Trusted AI Committee mail list (trustedai-committee@lists...)
- Each Trusted AI Committee Chair or Working Group Lead will be responsible for:
- Managing the meeting invites from their calendar tool
- Updating the Trusted AI Committee Meetings List AND updating the trustedai-committee Groups.io Group Calendar, which feeds to the Trusted AI Committee Group Calendar on the wiki to ensure:
- 1) That there is a clear view of all meetings happening across the Trusted AI Committee for reference by the community and
- 2) For management of the shared Zoom account among the Committee Chairs and Working Group Leads
- In the future, the Trusted AI Committee may choose to move to a calendar subscription only model, if so, that decision must be documented on the Trusted AI Committee Group Calendar wiki page; for now, the calendar subscription model will be optional or a supplementary component to calendar management for the Trusted AI Committee and community
- For questions on Trusted AI Committee group meetings, meetings owners will be contacted as listed in the Trusted AI Committee Meetings List
Effective March 22, 2019: Group calendars are managed within LF AI Foundation Groups.io subgroups (mail lists); with each sub-group (mail list) having a unique group calendar. Meeting invites from these group calendars are sent to the applicable sub-group (mail list). In order to see the various group calendars you must:
Be logged into LF AI Foundation Groups.io
Be subscribed to the sub-group(mail-list) you're interested in
Thereafter, you will see all the calendars for the sub-groups you subscribe to under your LF AI Foundation Group Calendar via Groups.io OR
You can also view a specific group calendar via the Wiki (if the group has created a Wiki group calendar) whether you are a member of the sub-group (mail list) or not
