LF AI Participation Overview: Open Networking & Edge Summit (ON&ES) is a Linux Foundation event which is open to anyone to attend (registration and fees apply). Speaking opportunities are available through the CFP process noted on the event website. LF AI will have a start up booth sponsorship which will include opportunities for activities such as LF AI technical project demos, LF AI meetings, etc. The LF AI booth schedule will be updated below.

Lead retrieval devices and apps may not be used to scan attendee badges outside the sponsor's exhibit booth. All
attendees must verbally consent prior to scanning their name badge. If lead retrieval devices or apps are used
outside the sponsor's booth, The Linux Foundation reserves the right to remove all leads scanned for that day.


The Linux Foundation reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of available sponsorships & update
deliverables due to changes in space availability and/or venue restrictions.


Events organized by sponsors must not overlap with conference sessions or scheduled evening events.
Sponsor agrees to adhere to all event rules and regulations as outlined in the sponsor portal and as communicated
by event staff.


Sponsor is responsible for submitting deliverables on time. Sponsorship benefits may not be fulfilled if deliverables
are received past the deadlines set in the sponsor portal and/or communicated by event staff.

Linux Foundation Sponsor Rules and Regulations

The Linux Foundation is dedicated to providing a positive experience for sponsors during the event. All sponsors are expected to behave in accordance with the Linux Foundation Sponsor Rules & Regulations.

Photography and Video

Sponsors and their agents are permitted to photograph and/or videotape their own company’s property. However, the photographing and/or videotaping of another sponsors’ property without prior permission from that exhibiting company is prohibited.

If a sponsor wishes to have a video crew at the event, please fill out the Filming Request Form and submit it to lfcoresponsorship@linuxfoundation.org. Unauthorized video crews may be escorted out and fined.

Social Media and Communications

We encourage sponsors to post on social media platforms or websites during the conference, and it is entirely acceptable for a sponsor or sponsored participant to share a personal post, blog or tweet. However, any such posts must be solely on behalf of the sponsor or sponsored participant and may not imply endorsement by or co-messaging/affiliation with the Linux Foundation, the event or attendees not affiliated with the sponsor. 

All digital conduct, like all in-person conduct, should follow the Linux Foundation Code of Conduct.

Upload a 200 x 200-pixel white company logo

We require both a full-color version and a white version of your logo so that we may use either on appropriate event graphics. Should we not receive a white logo we will reverse the color logo for use where appropriate.

Basic Booth set includes:

  • (1) table

  • (1) Wastebasket
  • (1) 5-amp power drop 
  • (1) power strip 
  • Shared Conference Wireless Internet

Monitors are NOT included in any booth packages. Additional A/V, power, and hard-line internet can be ordered through our official vendors. Discuss details with Event Lead or LF AI staff.

Exhibit Move-In Hours: 

  • Sunday, April 18: 2:00 – 6:00 PM  Custom Booths- Earlier access will be confirmed as a part of the approval process.

  • Monday, April 19: 6:30 – 7:30 AM  (All booths MUST be fully set by 7:30 Monday morning) 

Sponsor Showcase Hours:

Exhibit hours may change based on the conference session schedule. 

  • Monday, April 19: 7:30 AM  – 7:30 PM    The On-site Attendee Reception is from 5:30 – 7:30 PM

  • Tuesday, April 20:  7:30  AM – 5:30 PM

Exhibit Move-Out Hours:

  • Tuesday, April 20: 5:30 – 7:00 PM (All booth materials must be removed from the conference venue by 7:00.)

Important Notes:

  • The Sponsor Showcase will be closed during keynotes.

  • Conference attendees are on their own for lunch each day.

  • The Sponsor Showcase hours are subject to change based on the finalized event schedule.
